The founders of RE/MAX Alliance are a group of award winning REALTOR®s who still oversee the running of the company, ten years after opening for business. They still believe that, by being in sales themselves, they have a better feel for what the clients and sales staff need, and are better able to make timely and strategic shifts in policy, based on market conditions. From the beginning, the seven owners divided the normal duties of the Broker/Owner. This model provided responsibility and accountability for each segment of the job, but allowed them to continue listing and selling real estate and providing excellent service to their own personal clients. From its inception in September of 1994, RE/MAX Alliance has focused on hiring agents who adhere to the highest ethical standards and superior business practices. The result is a group of experienced, focused, high-energy sales associates who strive to make every transaction a positive experience for both buyer and seller clients. Everyone realizes that future success depends on how the client is treated today. All are delighted and proud that a high percentage of the company’s sales are repeat and referral business from happy past clients. The owners of RE/MAX Alliance are conscientious stewards of the company dollar.
